Addigy PA6/66-GF20 FR LS is a 20% glass filled nylon developed by Covestro for use in passenger rail cars. The material provides superior strength and stiffness while complying with fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) regulations such as EN 45545-2, NFPA 130, and SMP 800-C.
This material fits well for passenger and commercial rail applications that range from small parts to replacement parts, including electrical components such as enclosure, cable guides, or obsolete parts in older rail cars.
This material features a beautiful surface finish directly off the printer but can be post-processed and painted for desired aesthetics.
