Extreme Redesign Student Competition
This contest asks you, the student, to redesign an existing product to improve how a task is accomplished, or design something entirely new that addresses an unmet need. This is a quest to find the most creative, mechanically sound and realistically achievable design using 3D printing. This year’s Challenge is open until April 21st, 2020.
NASA Regolith Advanced Surface Systems Operations Robot (RASSOR) Bucket Drum Design Challenge
NASA is seeking to challenge the GrabCAD Community by sponsoring an open competition in which participants design a bucket drum for RASSOR that will provide the maximum amount of regolith extraction and retention while remaining free of obstructions during loading and unloading.

Explore and join communities.
A place where engineers and designers from around the world can share their CAD models, learn from one another, and tackle the world’s challenges. With over 4 million members from 196 countries, there is no problem too big, no question too tough and no modeling job too detailed for the GrabCAD Community to tackle. If you haven’t already, create an account and unlock what GrabCAD has to offer.
This MakerBot resource provides thousands of resources and files for 3D printing. It also provides a community where educators can exchange best practices or remix projects.
Collaborate with others.
Want to work collaboratively on a CAD design? Start a group on Workbench.
Groups provide a space to communicate about shared interests and topics about 3D printing and 3D design. Check out and join established groups or create your own.
