  1. Select your country, then click the "Ship your Package" button. You will be redirected to an external site to complete the shipping process.

  2. Receiving address is already predefined.

  3. Packing Process

    Enter the canisters and spools (FDM only) you are returning in a box.

    • Maximum shipping weight is 30 KG per box.  Multiple boxes you can return.
    • Dimensions and Weight must be indicated for box/packages in millimeters
    • Maximum box size 610 x 610 x 610 mm and 32KG.
  4. Print labels

    • When all relevant fields are filled out “click” submit.
    • A new window will pop up with the confirmation that the return order is completed.
    • A PDF file with the shipping label are incl. in the confirmation.
    • Regardless of this you will get an e-mail notification which incl. the shipping label as well.
  5. Place one return label on each box.

Are there special packing or shipping requirements?

Use the product’s original box if it is available. However, you can use any sturdy, intact box for shipping. Do not include packing foam or other non-recyclable material.

Are there limits to how much I can recycle and/or return?

We do not limit how much you can recycle and/or return. However, to comply with shipping requirements, individual parcels may not exceed 61 x 61 x 61 cm or 30 kg.

For larger shipments, divide your recyclables and/or returns into multiple parcels.

What is the cost of returning empty cartridges, canisters, spools, and print engines?

Stratasys GmbH pays the cost of shipping and return of your empty cartridges, canisters, spools, print engines.

Where will I ship my recyclables and returns?

To ship within EMEA, use the link provided on Stratasys.com/Materials Recycling and Returns Program to create a DHL return shipping label.

Can I return large palletized returns?

Yes, if you have more than 50 FDM Cartridges or Canisters you can palletize them for return. Once packaged, contact logistics.emea@stratasys.com providing the following information:

  1. Confirm Only FDM Material Y/N:
  2. Company Name:
  3. Collection Address:
  4. Contact Name:
  5. Telephone Number:
  6. Measurements in cm:
  7. Weight in kg:
  8. Tail lift required Y/N:

The transportation will be arranged by Stratasys GmbH.

Can I Recycle or Return full PolyJet cartridges or waste containers?

No. Stratasys does not recycle full/partial PolyJet cartridges or waste containers. Please recycle locally according to local waste regulations.
