FDM (fused deposition modeling) has proven to be an excellent candidate for the fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and ancillary tools commonly used in manufacturing. Unlike traditional methods, the design and fabrication of FDM tools requires a different approach in order to achieve maximum value.
