Working as Corporate Applications Engineers at Stratasys, within the SAF technology department, Shaun and Steven represent external customers within the development team, assist customers with technical issues and transfer knowledge of the technology both internally and externally. They have broad engineering experience spanning service, design, and production in Powder Bed AM, plus additional expertise in metrology and traditional manufacturing.

With the recent release of SAF™ PA12 polymer powder, we want to highlight its different advantages and characteristics. Production-grade parts produced with SAF PA12 are precisely accurate, repeatable, and fit correctly into place. These parts can be rigid and stiff or involve highly complex geometries without any productivity trade-offs. Additionally, thanks to material pricing and higher nesting capabilities from SAF, this material offers the lowest cost per part.
