Customized Solutions

We deliver a tailored service that helps make the most of our production additive manufacturing expertise without major capital expense. You need to innovate, and we are here to help.

Our experts are equipped to help you achieve the most cost-efficient solution for your manufacturing challenges from design to finishing. In the past we’ve worked with customers to develop custom material for additive manufacturing, specialized paint formulations, unique 3D printing build styles, and much more.

Singular Parts to Production Manufacturing

Production parts don’t always mean high volumes. Sometimes you need one or smaller volumes of production-ready components quickly and cost-efficiently.

Our 3D printing and advanced manufacturing services fit perfectly for one-off and low-volume production of robust parts.

When you’re ready to move into large, serialized manufacturing, we have the technology and internal controls to handle full-scale production of consistent parts with additive or conventional technologies.

Industries We Serve

3D printing and advanced manufacturing is impacting major industries from aerospace to medical devices and consumer products. We work within the toughest industry performance standards with key certifications and high-performance materials.

Whatever your application, Stratasys Direct Manufacturing has the quality systems and a strong history in large-scale production to bring innovations to market.

Range of Technologies

3D printing technology is transforming the way manufacturers work. It can transform your business too.

If you need a service that complements your in-house capability, someone to take the pressure off a rush job, or a multi-year serialized production program, make Stratasys Direct your partner.

Additive Manufacturing

Additive manufacturing has made major strides in the last decade. Previously known as the rapid prototyping technology, 3D printing is increasingly being utilized to fabricate production parts.

Plastic 3D Printing

Due to the complexities possible with 3D printing and the increase in diversity of plastic available, more and more companies are adopting 3D printed plastic parts to replace previous applications and solve new manufacturing challenges. Common additive technologies utilized for production at Stratasys Direct include Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM®), Programmable Photopoloymerization (Origin® P3™), and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS).

Metal 3D Printing

Advancing in leaps and bounds, additive manufacturing is increasingly being utilized for production of complex metal parts. Choose from a range of metal alloys including stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel super alloy. Metal 3D printed parts are stronger and denser than investment cast parts, and they can help you get to market first with faster turnaround times.

Traditional Manufacturing Processes

Your project may need the tried-and-true methods of traditional manufacturing; our conventional technologies are here to help. Utilized as a means to large volumes of productions components, these conventional manufacturing methods create quality, cost-effective parts.
