PartsToGo, one of the fastest-growing 3D printing service providers since 2023, has scaled production using Stratasys H350™ systems. By transitioning from traditional SLS to SAF™ technology, the company doubled average packing density from around 10% to more than 20%, enabling higher throughput and more efficient builds.
The H350 enables fast production cycles, with about 12 hours of printing followed by overnight cooling, allowing parts to be depowdered in the morning and shipped the next day. This predictable workflow helps PartsToGo respond quickly to customer demand, often starting production the same day an order is received.
Automated post-processing with the T1 system further streamlines operations by depowdering, sieving, and dosing entire builds in about 20 minutes, enabling a small team to efficiently manage multiple printers while maintaining consistent quality and precision.
As of February 2026, PartsToGo has expanded its production fleet to more than 10 Stratasys H350 printers, highlighting the scalability and reliability of the platform for high-volume additive manufacturing.
