Rapidly Produce Medical Models and Devices
MED610 is a transparent, rigid, biocompatible, and sterilizable 3D printing material, suitable for applications requiring bodily contact. It is designed for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness in medical applications, creating rigid parts for precise visualization and patient contact.
Ideal for applications that require permanent (>30 days) skin contact or limited (<24 hours) contact with tissue and bone or mucosal membranes.
Suitable as a component in external communicating gas pathway devices.
Printed parts can be sterilized with EtO, Steam, Gamma, or VHP sterilization methods.
Successfully passed biological tests for cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, pyrogenicity, delayed hypersensitivity, irritation, and acute systemic toxicity.
Education & Training: Create accurate biocompatible anatomical models for pre surgical planning
Patient-Specific Orthopedics: Produce patient-specific orthopedic instruments for more accurate cuts.
Surgical Tooling: Tailor surgical aids such as models for sizing, jigs, and fixtures.
Medical Device Development: Develop biocompatible prototypes, medical devices, and end-use components
Biocompatible Clear MED610 does have specified intended uses. Stratasys has conducted biocompatibility testing and sterilization process validation with specific printers and conditions. Determining the biocompatibility and performance of printed parts for your particular use is the responsibility of the manufacturer, customer, and end-user.
