RPD production has long been one of the most time and labor-intensive workflows in the dental lab, but it doesn't have to be. See how this new fully digital approach takes you from design to snap assembly in a fraction of the time, cutting equipment and labor requirements by two-thirds while delivering consistent, functional results on every case.

Daniel Portal (exocad), Fatih Arikcan (Atlix), and Adrienne Slevin (Stratasys) walk through the complete TrueSnap workflow live, showing how labs can go 98% digital with RPD production with confidence. Whether you're new to digital RPDs or looking to streamline an existing process, the session covers how to increase capacity and take on more volume without adding headcount.

Learning Objectives:

  • Outline the step-by-step sequence of the TrueSnap digital RPD workflow, from CAD design through snap assembly
  • Evaluate how digital fabrication methods can reduce equipment dependencies and manual labor within your own RPD production process
  • Apply the TrueSnap digital workflow process to fabricate consistent, repeatable removable partial dentures within a dental laboratory setting
  • Determine case criteria and material considerations for selecting appropriate RPD candidates for the TrueSnap digital workflow
  • Develop a strategy for transitioning from conventional to digital RPD fabrication to increase production capacity without adding laboratory staff
