Objet350 Connex

Build mid-sized multi-material prototypes

Objet350 Connex puts the power and possibility of multi-material 3D printing technology in a mid-sized build envelope. Print

Include up to 14 distinct material properties in each model. With 120 materials to choose from, the Objet350 Connex turns your designs into stunning, high-precision, realistic prototypes.

3D Print Mid-Sized Multi-Material Prototypes

3D printed plane parts made of ABS-like Digital Material

Using pioneering PolyJet multi-material 3D printing technology, the Objet Connex350 creates stunning prototypes that are amazingly similar to finished products. The Objet Connex350 prints as many as 14 material properties simultaneously in a single part, to eliminate time-consuming assembly.

With its 350 × 350 × 200 mm (13.8 × 13.8 × 7.9 in.) build tray, the Objet Connex350 gives you the power to prototype complex, assembled products. Like all Objet Connex 3D printers, it offers outstanding 16-micron, high-resolution layers for printing complex geometries, smooth surfaces and thin walls.

Materials

With 120 material options, including more than 100 Digital Materials created on the fly, the Objet Connex350 enables you to simulate diverse mechanical and physical properties, from rubber to rigid; opaque to transparent; and even ABS-grade.

Base materials include:

  • Transparent materials for prototyping clear and tinted products with great dimensional stability and surface smoothness
  • Rubber-like materials (Tango family) suitable for a range of applications requiring non-slip or soft surfaces
  • Rigid Opaque materials (Vero family) in a variety of colors including white, gray, blue and black
  • Simulated Polypropylene materials with toughness and durability to create smooth prototypes with living hinges, flexible closures and snap-fit parts
  • High Temperature material for advanced functional testing, hot air and water flow, static applications and exhibition modeling

Composite digital materials include:

  • Digital ABS (RGD5160-DM fabricated from RGD515 and RGD535) simulates ABS engineering plastics by combining high-temperature resistance with toughness. Digital ABS2 matches those properties and provides superior rigidity and toughness in walls thinner than 1.2 mm (.047 in.).

  • Rigid opaque shades
  • Different shore value rubber-like materials
  • Polypropylene with improved thermal resistance
