Origin® One

Origin One is an industrial photopolymer 3D printer that can produce end-use parts and manufacturing-grade prototypes with the level of accuracy, consistency, and long-lasting dimensional stability equal to injection molding quality.

An evolution of digital light processing (DLP®), Programmable Photopolymerization technology (P3™) powers the Origin One. The tightly synchronized print process includes pneumatic controls to reduce pull forces during the print process, resulting in exceptional surface quality, without sacrificing speed or isotropy. It explains why Origin One is the only DLP printer (or any desktop resin printers like LCD actually) that successfully prints the widest range of geometry in resin, from large cross section bulky parts, parts printed directly on the platform, to the finest of features with less support.

Origin One comes with a very diverse selection of validated high-performance materials - from tough to elastomeric or high temperature and specialty materials like FST or ESD. It is one of few - even industrial - resin printers that prints the toughest and highest temperature materials repeatedly without deformation.

Origin One offers very high throughput due to best-in-class time-to-part, with high green strength for fewer supports, minimal warpage with the ability to stack parts and short UV post-cure of 5-15 minutes for most materials.

GrabCAD® Print for Origin® One is easy to use from the start.
