PEEK Based Copolymer

Easier printing than the typical PEEK, VICTREX AM™ 200 is based on LMPAEK™ technology and is part of the PEEK family in the PAEK polymer group. Designed specifically for additive manufacturing, VICTREX AM™ 200 offers the benefits of a polyaryletherketone (PAEK) material while addressing challenges associated during 3D printing this group of polymers that includes PEEK and PEKK.

VICTREX AM™ 200 PAEK

The low-melt characteristics of VICTREX AM™ 200 increase its printability, allowing it to be processed more easily than standard PEEK and PEKK materials. The material has an optimised recrystallization profile which prevents internal stresses and warping. This also allows more time for bonding between layers and a stronger tensile strength in the Z axis.
