Interim CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Elchanan (Elan) Jaglom has been Chairman of the Board at Stratasys, since February 2015, and currently serves as interim CEO. Prior to that time, Jaglom served as chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of Objet’s board of directors from 2001 until the Stratasys-Objet merger. Jaglom has been involved in private equity and venture capital investment since the early 1980s, and is an active supporter of various charitable foundations focused around education. He is currently a member of the board of trustees of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tel Aviv University and the Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Jaglom holds a B.S. in economics and statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA from New York University.
S. Scott Crump
Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee
S. Scott Crump has been serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee since February 2015, and as Chief Innovation Officer since February 2013. Prior to that, Crump served as Chairman of the Board after the Stratasys-Objet merger. He also served as Chief Executive Officer, President, Treasurer and a Director of Stratasys, Inc., from its inception in 1988, until the Stratasys-Objet merger, and as Chief Financial Officer of Stratasys from February 1990 to May 1997. Crump, along with his wife, Lisa H. Crump, co-founded Stratasys, Inc., and Scott Crump is the inventor of FDM technology. From 1982 to 1988, Crump was co-founder and Vice President of sales of IDEA, Inc., which changed its name to SI Technologies, Inc.
Crump holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Washington State University.
David Reis is Executive Director of the Board after serving as Chief Executive Officer since the Stratasys-Objet merger in 2012. He also held the position of Objet CEO from March 2009, until the merger, when he became CEO of the new entity. Since 2013, Reis has served as a Director. Prior to the Stratasys-Objet merger, Reis served as Director of Objet. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of NUR Macroprinters Ltd. Before joining NUR, Reis served as Chief Executive Officer and President of ImageID and Scitex Vision.
Reis holds a B.A. in economics and management from the Technion/Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Adina Shorr has served as a Director since July 2018. She was previously Chief Executive Officer and President of Objet Ltd. She was also a Director of Objet Geometries Ltd. and then Stratasys, Inc. from May 2012 to June 2013. Shorr has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Lucidlogix Technologies Ltd. since November 2013. Before that she was Chief Executive Officer of CellGuide Ltd. from 2009 through 2013. She served as Corporate Vice President of Leaf Products at Creo Inc. from March 2000 to March 2003. Prior to that Shorr served for nine years at Scitex, four years of which she served as the President of the Scitex Input Division. Beginning in 1991, Shorr worked in the United States for IBM in a sales support capacity and for Unisys in Program Management, responsible for the management of the business facets of the Unisys Network Computing Division. Shorr has served as a director of Advanced Vision Technology Ltd. since June 2014.
Shorr holds a BA and an MBA from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
Edward J. Fierko
Edward J. Fierko has served as a Director since the Stratasys-Objet merger and prior to that served as a Director of Stratasys, Inc., since 2002. Since May 2003, Fierko has been president of EJF Associates, a consulting firm. Prior to that, Fierko was vice president of GE Osmonics, Inc. From 1999 to 2003, he served as president and chief operating officer of Osmonics, and from 1998 to 1999, served as Executive Vice President of Osmonics. From 1987 to 1988, Fierko was President and CEO of Ecowater International. Prior to that, Fierko held several management positions over a 23 year career at General Electric Company.
Fierko holds a B.S. in accounting from LaSalle University.
John J. McEleney
John J. McEleney has served as a Director since the Stratasys-Objet merger, and prior to that as a Director of Stratasys, Inc., since 2007. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Onshape Inc., and prior to that McEleney was Chief Executive of Cloud Switch. He served as a Director of SolidWorks Corporation from 2000 to 2008, and as its Chief Executive Officer from 2001 until 2007. McEleney joined SolidWorks in 1996, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Americas Sales. Before joining SolidWorks, McEleney held management positions at Computervision and Raytheon. McEleney also serves as a Director of Newforma.
McEleney holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester, an M.S. in manufacturing engineering from Boston University, and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Ziva Patir has served as a Director since 2013. Patir also serves on the Board of Directors at ELTA Systems Ltd., and Lahav at Tel-Aviv University. Patir served as the Vice President of Standards, Policy and Sustainability for Better Place. From 2008 to 2010, she served as Chair of the Board of the Road Safety Authority (RSA) in Israel. From 1996 to 2008, Patir held the position of Director General of the Standard Institution of Israel. She also served as the Director of the Quality and Certification Division of SII and held various managerial positions in the Industry and Standardization Divisions. From 2004 to 2008, Patir served as Vice President of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), as well as Chair of the Technical Management board. Patir was also a member of the International Electrotechnical Commission Council Board.
Patir holds a B.S. in chemistry from Tel-Aviv University and a M.Sc. in chemistry/polymer science from the Weizmann Institute of Science, in addition to being a Certified Quality Engineer.
Victor Leventhal has served as an External Director since the Stratasys-Objet merger in 2012. Leventhal served as a consultant to SolidWorks Corporation, a group executive for Dassault Systemes S.A., where he served on the Global Management Committee. Leventhal was also the Chief Operating Officer of SolidWorks. From 1990 to 1995, Leventhal was Chief Executive Officer of CAD Solutions, LLC. From 1985 to 1990, he held executive positions, including Executive Vice President of Computerland. Prior to that, he held various administrative, operations, marketing and financial positions at IBM. Currently, he serves on the advisory board for SalesKatz. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of Solido, Graphisoft, and 3D Express.
Dov Ofer has been on the Board since July 2017. Ofer has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Lumenis Ltd. He served as Executive Vice President and general manager of HP Scitex. Ofer also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scitex Vision Ltd. Prior to joining Scitex, Ofer held various managerial positions in high tech. Currently, Ofer serves as Chairman of Plastopil Hazorea Company Ltd., chairman of Magen Eco-Energy RCA LTD, Vice Chairman of Scodix Ltd., and Director of Kornit Digital Ltd.
Ofer holds a B.A. in economics from the Hebrew University in Israel and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Yair Seroussi joined the Stratasys Board of Directors in July 2017, and has served as an Independent Director at DSP Group, Inc. He serves as a member of the Advisory Team at SkyFund and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University, as well as Chairman of the Eli Hurvitz Strategic Management Institute at Tel Aviv University. Seroussi served as Chairman of the Board of Bank Hapoalim and as President of the Israeli Bank Association. He served as a board member and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Bank HaPoalim. Seroussi was the founder and head of Morgan Stanley Israel for 16 years. He was the founder and Chairman of the Mustang Mezzanine Fund and served as Chairman of the Investment Committee of Mivtachim. He served as a Director of Israel Corp. and Frutarom Industries and served as Israel’s Ministry of Finance. He also served as head of the Office of the Ministry of Finance in the U.S. and head of the Commodities Division in NY. Seroussi was a member of the team that created the Yozma Program, initiating the venture capital industry in Israel.
Seroussi holds a B.S. in economics and political science from the Hebrew University in Israel.
