Sydney, Australia – January 28, 2015 – Stratasys Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS), a global leader of 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions, today announced the appointment of Dental Axess to strengthen the local presence in Australia and New Zealand, targeted at addressing the growing demand for digital dentistry and better serving the needs of orthodontics and dental clinics in the region. Objet Eden260VS Dental Advantage was also introduced, which is designed to allow faster and cost-effective production of dental parts with delicate features and fine details.
Joining Stratasys’ partner network with extensive knowledge and experience in channeling prosthetic dental CAD/CAM solutions, Sydney-based Dental Axess will focus on the sale and provision of local support and services for Stratasys’ dental portfolio. With the addition of Objet Eden260VS Dental Advantage to Stratasys’ wide range of solution offerings and the strengthening of our dental channel partner network, we are confident to capitalize on the growing potential in the region, providing local expertise to cater to the unique needs of the segment.”
Stratasys will continue to offer first-class dental solutions to both small and large clinics and labs, facilitating businesses to expedite the modelling process of customized dental products including orthodontics, crowns, bridges and implants.
