Chief Executive Officer
Ilan Levin assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2016. Mr. Levin has served as a director of our company since 2000, and he remains on the board. He was appointed President and Vice Chairman of the Objet board in February 2011, a position in which he remained until the Stratasys-Objet merger. He has been involved in venture capital and private equity investment activity since 1997, acting as a member of the board of directors and as an advisor for a wide variety of technology-related companies, as well as a director for Vision Sigma Ltd. (TLV: VISN:IT). From 2003 through 2009, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CellGuide Ltd.
He holds a B.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Financial Officer
Lilach Payorski was appointed CFO, effective Jan 1 2017, after serving as Stratasys Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance. In that role, Payorski established and led the corporate finance function since the commencement of the Objet-Stratasys merger, December 2012. Prior to joining the company, Payorski had over 20 years of finance experience, and served in various finance leadership roles, including holding positions at PMC Sierra, CheckPoint Software Technologies and Wind River Systems. Payorski has also served as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP, both in Israel and later in Palo Alto, CA.
Payorski holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Product Officer & EVP Corporate Development
Dan Yalon is a member of the Stratasys Executive Leadership Team, which he has served as a member of since 2012. Dan is a pioneer in the 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing space, dedicated to advancing Stratasys’ leading market position in this disruptive and dynamic field. During Dan’s time with Stratasys, he has spearheaded strategic mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, positioning the Company as one of the largest, most successful, innovators in the area of 3D Printing Solutions. Today, he leads the development and execution of the Company’s product and solution portfolio and roadmap as well as heads all corporate development efforts. Dan brings years of senior executive leadership experience. Prior to his time at Stratasys he served as Chief Strategy Officer at NICE (NASDAQ: NICE) and Head of Strategy and New Business Initiatives at Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX). Dan is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program (Advanced Management) and holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business and Law from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is passionate about the power of 3D Printing to revolutionize many industrial, medical and educational processes. In his free time, he is an enthusiastic basketball fan and valued basketball referee.
Shuli Sharabani Ishai
Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources
Shuli Sharabani Ishai has been serving as Executive Vice President, Global HR since July 2016 and is responsible for organizational transformation and development activities. Since December 2016 she has also assumed the responsibility of our IT organization. Mrs. Sharabani Ishai brings to Stratasys over two decades of professional HR and strategic business resource management, which spans globally-structured, technology-based enterprises. She has held numerous executive roles, including VP Corporate HR and VP Global Services at NICE Systems (a $300 million division) and Chief Resources Officer at Netafim – responsible for HR, IT, Global Purchasing and PMI activities. Shuli is a seasoned leader with proven success in establishing professional global teams and world-wide operational processes.
She holds an MA in organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Tim Bohling joined Stratasys in May 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer. Bohling leads Stratasys worldwide marketing strategy to drive growth and deliver on the company's value promise to its customers. Bohling is responsible for branding, demand generation, digital marketing, field marketing, public and industry analyst relations. Prior to Stratasys, Bohling served as Vice President of Marketing at HCL Technologies and held a number of senior marketing and strategy roles at IBM in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific, including Vice President of Worldwide Performance Marketing at IBM Global Technology Services and as Vice President of Marketing at IBM Global Technology Services, Growth Markets. A frequent guest speaker at industry conferences, Bohling's research is widely published in such scholarly journals as Marketing Science, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Service Research, and Service Science.
Bohling received an Executive Doctorate in Business from Georgia State University and an MBA and BBA from the University of Houston.
Vice President, Global Operations
As Vice President of Global Operations, Amir Kleiner is responsible for operational strategy and end-to- end execution at Stratasys. Prior to being appointed to this position in 2016, Kleiner served in a number of executive roles, including, VP of Global supply, VP of Israeli Operations, and Director of Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence. Kleiner was integral to developing the Operational Excellence Group, the integration of Stratasys and Objet, and structuring the Global Operations Organization. Kleiner has over 20 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, information systems and quality, among other operations functions. He joined the company in September 2011 as Director of Quality and Operational Excellence, bringing over 15 years of experience from global companies, including Kodak from 1998 to 2010.
Kleiner holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA in Finance and Information systems from Tel Aviv University.
Effective August, 2016, Rich Garrity was appointed President, Stratasys Americas. Previously, Garrity was SVP and General Manager, Vertical Solutions.
As head of the Vertical Solutions Unit, Garrity was responsible for driving aggressive growth by developing and deploying target additive manufacturing solutions which augment or displace traditional manufacturing processes. He was responsible for overseeing Stratasys Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Medical, and Dental Vertical Business Units along with Stratasys Strategic Consulting organization. Garrity joined Stratasys in 2010 previously serving as the VP and General Manager for its Red Eye subsidiary (now part of Stratasys Direct Manufacturing). Garrity received his BS in General Management and Marketing and his MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Andy Middleton is the General Manager for Stratasys EMEA since the merger of Stratasys and Objet. Previously, Andy has been managing the European market for Objet since 2008. Previously, Middleton served as managing director in Europe for Nur Macroprinters and as managing director Germany/channel sales worldwide and vice president of sales in Europe for Indigo and HP. Earlier, Andy was responsible for product management and channel sales EU for Dainippon Screen.
Andy is a qualified photographic technician and holds certifications in mathematics and physics from the Cauldon Technical College, UK.
General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan
Omer Krieger is the General Manager for Stratasys Asia Pacific and Japan, and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Sales for Stratasys Asia Pacific and Japan where he expanded the company’s business to a significant year-over-year revenue growth of more than 50 percent in the region. Omer started his career at Objet Geometries in 2009 as Product Manager, managing new product introduction covering pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategies and sales operations. In December 2012, Omer was appointed as Sales Director, Asia Pacific and Japan, overseeing the sales efforts in the region.
Omer holds a bachelor degree in Science, majoring in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel. He currently resides in Hong Kong.
Nadav Goshen is Chief Executive Officer of Stratasys’ MakerBot subsidiary. As CEO, Goshen oversees MakerBot’s corporate direction and strategy for global operations, including sales, marketing, technology, and products. Prior to being appointed CEO in January 2017, Goshen served as president of MakerBot, leading the digital products and marketing teams, as well as being deeply involved in the reorganization and strategic realignment of the company. Goshen has over 15 years of experience leading turnarounds at tech companies, and his expertise lies in defining new products and business models, as well as growing digital ecosystems. Prior to joining MakerBot, Goshen led private equity investments in mobile and tech, and served in various C-level roles at tech companies in Israel.
Nadav studied Cinema and Television at Tel Aviv University.
