S. Scott Crump
Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board
S. Scott Crump has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board since Stratasys' inception in 1988 and as Chief Financial Officer from February 1990 to May 1997. Mr. Crump along with his wife Lisa H. Crump, a co-founder of Stratasys, are the inventors of Stratasys Fused Deposition Modeling® (FDM) technology. During the period from 1982 to 1988, Mr. Crump was a co-founder and Vice President of Sales of IDEA, Inc., which later changed its name to SI Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of force, load and pressure tranducers. Mr. Crump continued to be a director and shareholder of the company until its sale to Vishay Intertechnologies, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) in April 2005. Mr. Crump, a registered engineer, is the son of Ralph E. Crump, director of Stratasys, Inc.
Thomas W. Stenoien
Chief Operating Officer
Tom Stenoien was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Stratasys in March 2005. Mr. Stenoien served as Chief Financial Officer of Stratasys from May 1997 to March 2005. Mr. Stenoien has also served as Executive Vice President of Stratasys from 2001 to March 2005 and Secretary since 1999. Mr. Stenoien joined Stratasys in February 1993 as Controller and has also served as Director of Finance.
Robert F. Gallagher
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Gallagher was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Stratasys in March 2005. Before joining Stratasys, Mr. Gallagher was the Chief Financial Officer of Selas Corporation of America, a manufacturer of micro-miniature components for the electronics industry, which is now known as Intricon Corporation. From October 2000 until June 2002, he was Chief Financial Officer for Visionics Corporation, a provider of biometric technologies and information systems. From October 1989 until June 2000, Mr. Gallagher was employed by TSI Incorporated, a diversified precision instrument company, last holding the position of Chief Financial Officer. From June 2005 to present, Mr. Gallagher has served on the Board of MOCON, Inc., where he is also a member of the audit committee.
Paul A. Blake
Vice President Research and DevelopmentPaul Blake has served as Vice President of Research and Development since March of 2000. Mr. Blake joined Stratasys as Product Manager in June of 1995. Before joining the company, Mr. Blake served in various engineering automation, prototyping and management positions at Texas Instruments, DSEG division in Dallas, Texas for ten years. Mr. Blake received a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and an M.S. degree from the University of Dallas.
Lawrence M. Doerr
Vice President Operations
Larry Doerr came to Stratasys in 2007 with 24 years of operations and engineering experience including positions as V.P. of Manufacturing Operations at Minnesota Diversified Industries, V.P. of Operations at Nilfisk-Advance, and Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Rosemount Engineering, with responsibility for U.S., Europe, Asia, and Mexico. Larry has also worked as a Design and Reliability Engineer at Northrop Corporation, Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Honeywell, and Director of Manufacturing at Detector Electronics. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
Jonathan L. Cobb
Vice President Sales and Marketing, Americas
Jon Cobb has served as Vice President and General Manager for Dimension, the 3D Printing business unit of Stratasys since January of 2002. Mr. Cobb joined the company as Vice President of Marketing in August of 1995. Before joining the company, Mr. Cobb served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Westec Security, Inc. and has held various Sales and Marketing Management positions with Lockheed Martin’s Calcomp Division. Mr. Cobb received a B.S.degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Woodrow J. Frost
Vice President Sales and Marketing, International
Woody Frost has served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service since January of 2003. Mr. Frost joined the Company as Vice President of Worldwide Sales in January of 2002. Before joining Stratasys, Mr. Frost served as Vice President, Americas Sales for DataCard Corporation. Prior to that, he served as General Manager, Healthcare Solutions Division of DataCard Corporation as well as Vice President, New Ventures for DataCard Corporation. Mr. Frost received his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. degree from the University of St. Thomas. He is also a graduate of the Minnesota Executive Program, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
Jeffrey E. DeGrange
Vice President New Business Development Direct Digital ManufacturingJeff DeGrange came to Stratasys in 2008 with more than 20 years experience in manufacturing technology, including leading an advanced manufacturing research and development program at The Boeing Company as the Senior Technology Manager. Prior to Boeing, DeGrange held positions at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and Raytheon. He has been listed among the “Top 25 most influential people in the world in rapid product development and manufacturing” by Time Compression Technologies Magazine Europe. Jeff received this honor because he pioneered production flight applications for direct digital manufacturing as well as additive fabrication tooling applications. Jeff holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from the University of Iowa and an M.S. degree in manufacturing engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Wayne Olson
Vice President RedEye Business Group
Wayne Olson came to Stratasys in 2008 with over 24 years of technology and business experience in the semiconductor, data storage, and automation industries. Prior to joining Stratasys, Mr. Olson served as VP of wafer-handling-process products at Entegris, with worldwide business responsibility for this segment. He also served in other technical and business roles at Entegris, including VP of engineering & Technology, as well as director of 300mm wafer-handling products. Prior to Entegris, Mr. Olson held sales & marketing positions in the precision-cleaning and motion-control industries. In addition, he spent several years as a semiconductor process engineer at both Motorola and Unisys. Mr. Olson holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
