S. Scott Crump
Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board

S. Scott Crump has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board since Stratasys' inception in 1988, and he was Chief Financial Officer from February 1990 to May 1997. Crump along with his wife Lisa H. Crump, a co-founder of Stratasys, invented Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM®) technology.

From 1982 to 1988, Crump was co-founder and Vice President of Sales at IDEA, Inc., which later changed its name to SI Technologies, Inc. The company is a leading manufacturer of force, load and pressure transducers. Crump continued to be a director and shareholder of the company until its sale to Vishay Intertechnologies, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) in April 2005. Crump, a registered engineer, is the son of Ralph E. Crump, director of Stratasys, Inc.


Thomas W. Stenoien
Chief Operating Officer

Tom Stenoien was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Stratasys in March 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Stratasys from May 1997 to March 2005, and he also served as Executive Vice President of Stratasys from 2001 to March 2005 and Secretary since 1999. Stenoien joined Stratasys in February 1993 as Controller and has also served as Director of Finance.


Robert F. Gallagher
Chief Financial Officer

Bob Gallagher was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Stratasys in March 2005. Before joining Stratasys, Gallagher was the Chief Financial Officer of Selas Corporation of America, a manufacturer of micro-miniature components for the electronics industry, which is now known as Intricon Corporation. From October 2000 until June 2002, he was Chief Financial Officer for Visionics Corporation, a provider of biometric technologies and information systems. From October 1989 until June 2000, Gallagher was employed by TSI Incorporated, a diversified precision instrument company where he last held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Since June 2005, Gallagher has served on the Board of MOCON, Inc., where he is also a member of the audit committee.


Lawrence M. Doerr
Senior Vice-President of R&D and Operations

Larry Doerr came to Stratasys in 2007 with 24 years of operations and engineering experience, including positions as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Minnesota Diversified Industries, Vice President of Operations at Nilfisk-Advance, and Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Rosemount Engineering where he led supplier/vendor relationships in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Mexico. Doerr also has worked as Design and Reliability Engineer at Northrop Corporation, Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Honeywell, and Director of Manufacturing at Detector Electronics. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.


Jonathan L. Cobb
Vice President Marketing

Jon Cobb has served as Vice President and General Manager for Dimension, the 3D printing business unit of Stratasys, since January of 2002. Cobb joined the company as Vice President of Marketing in August of 1995. Before joining the company, Cobb served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Westec Security, Inc. and he has held various management-level sales and marketing positions with Lockheed Martin’s Calcomp Division. Cobb received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.


Jeffrey E. DeGrange
Vice President New Business Development Direct Digital Manufacturing

Jeff DeGrange came to Stratasys in 2008 with more than 20 years experience in manufacturing technology, including leading an advanced manufacturing research and development program at The Boeing Company as the Senior Technology Manager. Prior to Boeing, DeGrange held positions at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and Raytheon.

DeGrange has been listed among the “Top 25 most influential people in the world in rapid product development and manufacturing” by Time Compression Technologies Magazine Europe. He received this honor for pioneering production flight applications using direct digital manufacturing as well as additive manufacturing tooling applications. Jeff holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in manufacturing engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.


Woodrow J. Frost
Vice President Sales

Woody Frost has served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service since January of 2003. Frost joined the company as Vice President of Worldwide Sales in January of 2002. Before joining Stratasys, Frost served as Vice President, Americas Sales for DataCard Corporation. Prior to that, he served as General Manager, Healthcare Solutions Division and Vice President, New Ventures. Frost received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. from the University of St. Thomas. He is also a graduate of the Minnesota Executive Program, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.


Randall Nichols, CPIM
Vice President Operations

Randy Nichols came to Stratasys in 2008 as the Director of Supply Chain Management. Nichols brings over 20 years of experience in design engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain management. He has worked for a range of companies, including Rosemount Engineering, Caterpillar, and Nilfisk-Advance. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University.
